Strainsert offers a variety of load cell accessories designed for ease of load cell installation and use, including; mounting bases for interfacing the load cell with various loading rods, spherical load buttons for compression loading on Universal Load Cells, and compression load buttons for use with Compression Load Cells.
Load cell mounting bases are available which bolt to the load cell, and have the identical thread engagement as the load cell, providing a simple loading rod interface.

Universal Load Cell® Load Buttons
Load Buttons are available for compression loading applications with Universal and Fatigue Rated Load Cells. The buttons are designed with a radius on the contact surface to accomodate small angular mis-alignments of the applied load with respect to the load cell.
